Mooli Paratha


Mooli (radish)                          1 grated

Chilli powder                           ½ tsp

Jeera powder                           ½ tsp

Garam masala powder           ½ tsp

Onion finely chopped             1

Wheat flour                              1 cup

Salt to taste

Method

Grate mooli (radish),  add chopped onion,  chilli powder,  jeera powder,  garam  masala  powder and salt and  mix well with hand.   Then add wheat flour to it and  mix well to  prepare dough(like chapathi dough) from this,  if needed  add little  water to prepare dough.   Divide  dough into 5-6 balls.   Then pat them in wheat flour and prepare rotis  and  roast them on tava.  Mooli ka paratha ready to serve with Raitha and pickle.
