This is an instant curry normally served with rice using salted Amla. This has lots of health benefits.
Grated coconut -- 1 cup
Red chilly -- 3 to 4
Pepper corns -- ½ tsp
Jeera -- ½ tsp
Salted Amla -- 2 to 3
Ghee /oil -- 1 tsp
Crushed garlic -- 3 to 4 flakes
Heat ½ tsp of ghee add jeera and pepper corns fry till nice aroma comes. Keep aside. Deseed amla and grind with coconut and red chilly with fried pepper corns and jeera into fine paste. Transfer to to vessel and add water as per required thickness for gravy. Add salt and boil it for 5 to 10 minutes. Add ½ tsp of ghee in a pan add crushed garlic fry till golden brown pour this on boiling gravy. Serve hot with rice. Tasty and healthy Aavala Khadi ready to serve.
