Mackerel ginger garlic tawa fry (Bessa kornu thollale Raju)



Mackerel                                 4

Chilly powder                        2 tbsp

Ginger paste                          ½ tbsp

Garlic paste                            1 tbsp

Turmeric                                 ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Rice flour/rava                       2 tbsp     

Oil for greasing tawa

 

Method

Cut the mackerel  into two slices as shown in pic.
 

In bowl add chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt mix well.  And marinate to the fish.
 

And keep aside for 30 minutes then coat the fish in the rice flour.

Heat tawa grease little oil  then keep marinated fish  in low flame for 10 min then turn the  fish again fry  for 10 min.

Fish tawa fry ready to eat serve with chopped onions and lemon.
