Bhajii amshi

This my fav recipe.  U can prepare this with any leaf  vegetable, its easy to prepare and healthy too.
Thamdi bhajji(Red cheera)               1cup
grated coconut                                   ½ cup
red chilly                                              10 to 12
tamarind                                               small
garlic                                                     5 to 6 cloves
salt to taste
oil                                                           1or2 tsp
 roughly  chop     leaves, steam  and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Then grind coconut with red chilly and tamarind into fine paste add this paste to cooked  bhajji/cheera  boil it for 5 min.
Then heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic  fry till dark brown pour this on boiling curry.  Bhajji amshi ready to serve with rice,ragi mudde etc.
