Paneer Tikka masala

 


Paneer   cubes               250gm
Butter                             2tbsp
Curd                               2tbsp    
Onion                              2
Ginger                            1inch
Garlic                             5 to 6
Corn flour                       2tsp
Tomatoes                       2big
Coriander powder           1tsp
Jeera                               1/2tsp
Kasoori methi                 1tbsp
Chilly powder                  2tsp
Garam masala                 1tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves   few

Method
Marinate   paneer  and capsicum  with curd, ½ tsp chilly powder, salt, little corn flour keep it aside for 10 min.
Heat 1tbsp butter in a pan  add jeera when it splutter add onion fry it light pink, then add ginger chopped, garlic chopped, chilly powder, coriander powder, haldi powder for 5 min then add chopped tomatoes  fry till it smashed. Keep side let it cool for sometime. Then grind this into a paste.
Heat  pan add remaining butter spread this on tawa then keep marinated paneer  slightly fry them both sides.
Heat pan add tomato  onion gravy   when it boil add kasoori mathi powder, little chilly powder, garam masala powder mix well . Boil it for 5 to 10 min then add slightly fried paneer and capsicum cook for 2 min. garnish with coriander leaves. serve with nan or rotis.
