Banana podi( banana fry)





Banana                                        2
Chilly powder                             1 tsp
Hing                                              pinch
Rice flour or corn flour              2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method

  cut banana into  two pieces  then slice them. Take one bowl, add chilly powder, hing  and salt  add little water to make a paste then apply this to banana slices. Then roll them in rice flour and deep fry them.
