Thykila sanna polo(spicy dosa with takara leaf )




Thykilo  chopped                                 1 cup

Grated coconut                                   ¼ cup

Rice                                                        ¾ cup

Toovar  dal                                           ¼ cup

Chilly  powder                                     1 tbsp

Salt to taste

 

Method 

Soak rice and toovar dal (sambar parippu)  for 1 hour.

Then grind this with grated coconut into fine thick paste.

In a bowl  take this paste add chilly powder, salt  and chopped thykilo  and mix it well.  Keep aside for 5 to 10 min.

Heat dosa tawa,  spread  batter  and make thick small dosa add little oil  and cover it  and cook when one side is cooked turn it and  cook the other side for  another 2to 3 min.

Sanna polo is  ready to serve.

For this u can use and  leaf ,onion chopped or chopped cabbage  also.
