Green Chutney Bread Sandwich


Bread                                               1 full packet

Grated coconut                              2 tbsp

Chopped coriander leaves           1 handful

Garlic                                                3 to 4 flakes

Onion                                               ½

Green chilly                                     5 to 6

Butter  for greasing                   

Salt to taste



Grind grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves, garlic, green chilly, onion and salt into fine paste. 

Take two bread slices and apply butter to one slice and apply chutney to the other slice.  Make sandwich in sandwich maker. Serve with tomato ketchup.
