Potato carrot bhaji


Onion                          1 chopped

Boiled potato            1 big

Green                          ¼ cooked

Carrot                          1 chopped

Green chilly               5

Channa dal               1 tsp

Urad dal                    1 tsp

Mustard seeds        ½ tsp          

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves .

method

Heat oil in kadai  add mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal fry till colour change then add chopped onion fry till light pink, add green chilly, mashed  potato and cooked green peas and chopped carrot and mix well cook for 5 min. Then add chopped coriander leaves.
