Sweet corn idly








Sweet   corn powder                   1cup ( I used sweet corn puttu podi) 
Curd                                               1cup
Water                                             1cup
Eno salt                                          ¾ tsp or soda powder
Channa dal   (Bengal Gram)       1tsp
Urad dal    (black gram)              1tsp
Green chilly                                   2
Oil                                                    2 tsp
Mustard                                         ¼ tsp

Salt to taste     

Method
In a  pan add oil when it heats add mustard seeds,  urad  dal, chana dal and chopped green chilly fry till  dal  becomes  light brown then add sweet corn powder and fry for 2 to 3 min.
Let   it cool for 5 min.
In a bowl add curd and salt   beat well. Then  add corn mix   it well. Mean while   heat Idly steamer.  Grease   the idly mould, when steamer is ready  add ENO  salt to the batter  mix well and put in moulds steam for 15 to 20 min. Healthy sweet corn idly ready to serve with chutney or sambar.
