squid sukka

Squids, cut and cleaned             1/2 kg
Grated coconut                            1 and half cup
Chilly powder                               2 tbsp
Coriander powder                        1 tsp
Onion chopped                            1
Jeera                                             1 tsp
Garlic   flakes                               5 to 6
Curry leaves few
Green chilly                                  2
Cook squid  with 2 cups of water  till it cooks half then add chilly powder, coriander powder, tamarind paste, curry leaves  and salt cook for  10min.
Grind coconut, green chilly and garlic  in coarse paste.   sprinkle the coconut mix over the squid  mix well and cover and cook for  5 to 10 mins..in pan add oil  fry onions till brown pour this on squid .. instant  sukka ready to serve..
