spicy schezwan chicken


Chicken breast                         3to 4
Ginger chopped …                  1tbsp(finely chopped or grated)
Garlic chopped                        1tbsp(finely chopped or grated)
Onion chopped                        2tbsp finely  chopped
Capsicum                                1( cut into strips)
Salt to taste
Black pepper                           1tbsp(crush roughly)
Corn flour                                2tbsp
Egg             1
2 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce
Oil for frying.

Method:

Cut chicken breast in to strips. Beat egg   dip chicken strips to it then roll in corn flour. keep this on plate for 5 min. then deep fry them till light brown and keep aside. heat pan  add 2tbsp then add garlic fry till light brown then add ginger fry for 2 min, then add onions  fry till light brown, add  capsicum fry for just 2, 3 min, salt .. then add  schezwan sauce
And crushed black pepper .fry for two 3 min.. add cornstarch ¼ cup.. stir fry till sauce thick then add fried chicken boil it for 5 min. serve hot…with fried rice.
