Red snapper..( Pudiyappila Kora pannaupkari)

Ingredients:
Red snapper(kora fish)..10 to 15
Red chilly  20to 25(fry it in little oil)
Coriander  seeds  1tsp
Tarmind  lime size ball…
Onion chopped 1 big
Salt to taste
Method: cut and clean fish keep aside. in a bowl take ½ cup warm water soak tamarind for 10min. fry coriander seeds in little oil .  For masala fried red chilly, tamarind, fried coriander seeds and salt grind it in to fine paste.  Then heat oil in pan add chopped onions fry till brown then add paste fry for 5 min..add water and boil for 10 min..check salt..then add fish boil it for 5 to 7 min …fish curry ready to serve with rice ..
